Read the row set of a pinned Dataset Snapshot
Resolves the Dataset's MVCC history at row-level version and returns one page of live rows. Alternatively, write_version W resolves to the highest row version among rows whose write version is at or below W; write versions and row versions are separate counters. Omitting both reads the current Snapshot. The response's snapshotVersion is always a row-level pin key: use it as the Experiment's datasetVersion. Existing pins and version reads retain their original semantics.

Displayed write version W to pin. Resolves to the highest row version among rows whose write version is at or below W (labels and row versions are separate counters); cannot be combined with version. Use the returned snapshotVersion as the Experiment's datasetVersion.
Zero-based result offset. Defaults to 0.
Page size from 1 through 100. Defaults to 20.
