Get corporate graph for a company

Return a graph centered on a company admitted by company_public_v2. Each GLEIF parent/child candidate is independently batch-admitted and its public identity is overlaid from the same sidecar; absent, personal or ambiguous candidates are omitted. SEC external nodes remain withheld until they have an external corporate-identity projection. Source-specific license metadata prevails.
