Calculate angles + points (granular)

Mechanical endpoint returning Asc/MC/Desc/IC plus Vertex and the Equatorial Ascendant/Descendant (Ebertin EQA/EQD). The equatorial ascendant is also returned under the long-published key east_point, which is a synonym for the same point, not a separate one.
