Get private scoring results by jobId

Polls the scoring job status. When DONE, returns the scoring results.

status'DONE' | 'RUNNING' | 'NOT_READY' | 'WRITE_TO_TABLE_ERROR'

DONE - scoring complete. RUNNING - job still processing. NOT_READY - connections not yet active. WRITE_TO_TABLE_ERROR - scoring computed but failed to save results.
