The public record of issued licences: each licence's key, type, date, article and licensee (masked). No prices, amounts or sales figures. With no filter: the latest activity in data.feed, with total and global_stats (total_publishers counts verified publishers). With license_key: one licence and its event trail. With article_id: the licences for one article (page with offset). With publisher_id: that publisher's article counts, licensable articles and recent licences (page with cursor, from next_cursor). Public.
