Accept a new version of an agreement

Records that you accepted the latest published version of an agreement. Send the version and the body_sha256 of the text you read (from GET /legal-documents?kind=…). If a newer version has been published since, the answer is 409 NOT_CURRENT_VERSION: read the new text and accept that. Accepting a version you already accepted changes nothing (already: true). Only the publication owner can accept the Publisher Agreement.
