Batch metrics (many metrics × many assets)

One request, many series. Partial results are reported, never hidden: unavailable metrics and unknown assets come back with a reason instead of silently missing. Metered per SERIES, not per call. Caps: 25 metrics, 100 assets, 500 series, 250k points. Exceeding one is a 400 showing the arithmetic, never a silent truncation.
