Get Public Report Version

Latest ready report for an enabled public share link, or null.

Authorized purely by the bearer token (an enabled link mints it, disabling the link clears it). The public link intentionally exposes the report only — the shareable insights — never raw per-participant transcripts, which stay behind an authenticated share. Anonymity redaction is applied exactly as on the authenticated path.
