Regenerate Report
Changed onManually trigger a fresh agent run for this campaign.
Refuses (409) when there are no completed interviews yet, while another generation is already in progress, or when no completed conversation has a question-tagged interviewee turn — that case carries a structured detail {"code": "report_requires_tagged_turns", "message": ...}. Returns 202 with the new version's metadata; the agent runs asynchronously via the worker.
