Mint a signed, short-lived TEST join link for the author's dry run.

Registrations through it create invisible test-lab contacts (excluded from participants, results, and sends), so the author can walk the exact QR participant flow — including on a pre-launch draft — without touching the real campaign. Stateless: nothing is stored, the token expires on its own.
