Deterministic aggregates for interactive component questions.

Reads question_component_answers directly (plain SQL, no graph pipeline): structured answers aggregate without any coding step. Test-lab conversations are excluded. Only aggregates leave this endpoint — raw payloads stay server-side.

segment_question_id + segment_option_id restrict every aggregate to the respondents who chose that option in a survey choice question (Conversation v2 screener segmentation).
