Upload Screenshot
Upload a single screenshot to Supabase Storage and return its URL.
Open to every authenticated user (only removed accounts are blocked). The voice agent's take_screenshot tool calls this via the WebSocket relay (frontend captures via html2canvas, POSTs the PNG, then forwards the URL back to the OpenAI session as the tool result).
