Assess a project against the DCMA 14-point schedule quality checks

Read-only. Each check reports its metric, threshold, pass/fail/not_assessed status with a reason code, and up to 50 flagged tasks. Checks 11 and 14 need a baseline; without baselineId the newest one is used. The response also carries structure, four structure checks of Onplana's own that are not part of the DCMA summary, and verdict, a one-line code with the failed checks that decided it.

baselineIdstring

Baseline to compare against (defaults to the newest). A baseline from another project returns 404.

rowsstring

Set to 1 to add rows: for each task id, every finding the checks list against it (uncapped), each with its check key, detail code, value and related title. The critical path test is not on the rows. Only while the server switch gantt_quality_flags_enabled is on; off, the report comes back without rows.
