Submit a form from a published app (public, append-only)

Appends one row to the List bound to this form token. Columns are created on first sight from the posted field names. Include an empty hidden _honeypot field; a non-empty value silently drops the submission. Reserved field _files carries fileRef claims returned by the upload endpoint, linking uploaded files to this submission. ALWAYS returns 200, including when the submission was dropped , never treat 200 as proof it was stored.
