Who is in this world (the roster)
Changed onAny key on the world. One row per membership, active and removed, so every element's created_by resolves to a row: a Narrative's narrator is what its writer claims, created_by is what the server recorded, and this joins the two. No usernames or emails: a Character is the public face. A Character the world's owner hid from this key is character: null on every row that plays it (the owner, the co-builders and the member who made it still see its id).
