Durable, newest-first history of this org's audit export jobs.

Deliberately NOT meta-audited (the one export route that isn't): unlike query/detail/download — which surface retrieval-audit content — this returns only the caller's own export-job metadata (status/window/counts), and the UI polls it, so recording a KBRetrievalAuditAccessLog row per poll would flood the compliance log for no governance gain. The actual data-egress points (export_requested / export_downloaded) stay audited. Mints per-file download tokens inline so the history panel is directly actionable; keyset-paginated on ix_kb_audit_export_jobs_org_created.
