同步端口映射

先使用 dryRun 预览，再提交 includedPortIds 创建后台任务，检测并清理孤立的端口映射。为每个Provider创建独立的同步任务

仅生成预览，不创建同步任务

excludedPortIdsinteger[]

预览后取消勾选的端口ID

includedPortIdsinteger[]

预览后确认删除的端口ID；执行同步时必填

providerIdsinteger[]

指定要同步的Provider IDs（为空则同步所有）
