Promotions

Scroll promotions is used to get a large amount of promotions.

The scroll Id can be obtained from a scroll search request. Scrolling is not intended for real time user requests, but rather for processing large amounts of data.

The scroll id is passed on the request for the next batch of data from the original request.

The Scroll ID is used when fetching large amounts of data. Whenever the search results yields a ContinuationToken, the Scroll endpoints should be used to continue fetching documents
