Get aggregated UTM tags for all blocks

Retrieve UTM tracking tags for all send-action blocks in an automation. Each block's tags include default-value synthesis for missing fields.

Scopes: automations.read

Rate Limiting: This endpoint is rate limited to 400 requests per minute.
