Returns the skills the caller can see: every skill in the organization for an org admin, and otherwise the caller's own and any shared with them. Narrow with q for free text, or identifier/creatorId for an exact match. Bodies are omitted; fetch a single skill to read one.

Target user ID (for org-scoped API keys)

Filter by creator user ID — creator.id from a listed skill, or your own membershipId from GET /api/v1/whoami. Applies within what the caller can already see, so it narrows a result set and never widens one.

identifierstring

Filter to skills holding this handle. A handle is a filter, not an address, so the response is a list. Exact match — use q to search.

Free-text search over name, handle and description, case-insensitive substring, up to 200 characters. % matches text of any length and _ any single character. Blank is the same as omitting it. Narrows within what the caller can already see, and combines with the other filters rather than replacing them.
