Resolve a company name to candidate 法人番号

Deterministic rule-based name -> corporate-number resolution over the houjin-bangou mirror (NOT fuzzy search: exact matching of rule-enumerable folded name/reading keys, ranked by provenance tier + exact-form bonus). A name match is NOT entity identity — candidates carry prefecture/city disambiguators. Corporations only (APPI: the register has no individual proprietors).
