Response

A list of Distributed Validator Clusters which the operator is a member of. Each cluster carries validator_status_counts when its beacon node is reachable.

Null when the operator has locks but no recent metrics snapshot is available.

Null when the operator has locks but no recent metrics snapshot is available.
