Get news articles
Retrieves news articles based on the user's division. Supports pagination and historical news access with date range filtering. For OJ divisions (9, 10), news is fetched from OJ news source. For OTMS, news is fetched from TMS news source. For all other divisions, news is fetched from OANDA news source.

The user's division identifier.
Pagination offset. The number of items to skip before starting to return results.
Maximum number of news items to return per request.
Sort direction for news items by date.
- desc: Most recent first (default)
- asc: Oldest first
Filter news starting from this timestamp. UTC timestamp in milliseconds.
Filter news up to this timestamp. UTC timestamp in milliseconds.
ISO 639-1 language code
Filter news by language code (ISO 639-1). For non-OJ divisions: defaults to "en" if not specified. For OJ divisions (9, 10): only "ja" is supported; other values will result in a 400 error.
