Instruments (v4)
Stream updates for instruments
Streams real-time updates for instruments. On connection, sends both MARKET_OPEN and MARKET_CLOSE messages with all instruments. After that, only sends updates for instruments that changed state. Ping messages are sent every 5 seconds to keep the connection alive.
