Start the warmup process for an email account to gradually build sender reputation.

Warmup Process:

• Gradually increases daily email volume using linear progression
• Starts with minimum volume and ramps up to maximum over stable days period
• Automatically manages inbox interactions to build positive reputation signals

Prerequisites:

• Account must be in "ready" state (both accountStatus and sendingStatus)
• Account must not be disabled
• DNS, SPF, and DMARC records must be properly configured

Configuration:

• minimumWarmUpStartEmails: Starting daily volume (default: 5, range: 1-10)
• maximumWarmUpPerDay: Target daily volume (default: 30, range: 10-90)
• warmUpStableDays: Days to reach maximum volume (default: 7, range: 5-30)

Error Handling:

• 400: Account not ready, invalid configuration, or DNS issues
• 404: Account not found or does not belong to you
• 409: Warmup already running for this account
• 429: Rate limit exceeded (max 5 requests per minute)
