Get C2PA provenance manifest

Retrieve the C2PA content provenance manifest for an asset, if available. C2PA (Coalition for Content Provenance and Authenticity) manifests are cryptographic records of content origin and edit history — used for AI transparency compliance and content authenticity verification. Returns the stored manifest data including signer, assertions, and claim details.
