Skip Wizard Step

Mark a step as skipped and advance to the next.

Legacy flavour: linkedin and discover. Campaign-first (v2): only connect_linkedin. The wizard banner on the dashboard will keep nagging until the skipped step is later completed (or the user explicitly dismisses the whole wizard with POST /wizard/advance step=done).
