Cancel Run

Cancel an in-flight discovery run (P0-1).

Client-scoped and idempotent. Queued work is revoked and marked cancelled immediately. An active worker observes the cancellation signal, commits confirmed partial results and releases the single-run lock when it exits. While that worker owns the row, this endpoint can still return running. Already-terminal runs are returned unchanged.
