Token Endpoint

Tauscht Code gegen Token, bzw. erneuert ein abgelaufenes Token.

Die Parameter kommen als application/x-www-form-urlencoded — Claude sendet beides so. FastAPI's Form(...) erzwingt genau diesen Parser; nähme man hier ein Pydantic-Modell, käme bei jeder Anfrage ein 415 zurück.
