Team Suspend
Ein bereits freigegebenes Listing vom Netz nehmen.
Von reject getrennt, weil es einen anderen Anlass hat: hier war etwas schon oeffentlich und ist nachtraeglich aufgefallen.
DIE BEGRUENDUNG IST PFLICHT, dieselbe Regel wie bei reject. Sie war es frueher nicht - der Endpunkt nahm note entgegen und verwarf sie, weil es keine Spalte gab. Danach stand irgendwann ein gesperrtes Listing da, und niemand konnte sagen, ob die Sperre noch berechtigt war. Sie landet in blueprint_team_actions und wird dem Besitzer nicht gezeigt.
