Update Welcome Ai Config

Aktiviert oder deaktiviert AI-generierte Willkommensnachrichten.

Voraussetzungen zum Aktivieren:

  • Server muss ein aktives AI-Abo haben
  • AI-Provider muss konfiguriert sein

Bei Aktivierung werden Willkommensnachrichten automatisch durch die AI personalisiert. Die Nachricht basiert auf Server-Kontext, User-Infos und Tageszeit. Das normale Template wird als Fallback verwendet, falls die AI-Generierung fehlschlägt.
