Report Absence

Team member reports absence - optionally on their other team servers too.

Mit sync_server_ids entsteht dieselbe Abmeldung zusaetzlich auf diesen Servern, jede nach den Regeln ihres Servers (Tuer, Freigabe, Ueberschneidung - siehe api/utils/team_absence_sync.py). Die Abmeldung auf DIESEM Server haengt davon nicht ab: sie steht, bevor die anderen drankommen, und sync in der Antwort sagt je Server, was dort geschah.
