Upsert Binding

Setzt die Bindung eines Mitglieds.

ACHTUNG, und das steht auch im Dashboard: die ROLLE vergibt das nicht. Die API redet nicht mit dem Gateway. Wer die Rolle gleich mitgeben will, nimmt /stickyroles assign im Discord; hier wird nur festgehalten, was gelten soll - beim naechsten Wiedereintritt greift es dann.
