Autocomplete Youtube

Resolves a YouTube channel ID, @handle or channel URL for autocomplete.

Free-text search was removed on purpose: it ran on search.list at 100 quota units per keystroke and drained the daily quota within minutes, which then silenced every video notification. Free text simply returns no suggestions; adding a channel by name still works through the add endpoint.

Rate Limited: 30 requests/minute (abuse guard, results are cached for 24h)
