Execute Moderation Action

Executes a moderation action (ban / kick / timeout / unban) on the server.

The API validates the request, then hands the action to the bot via Redis, which performs it on the live guild and writes the moderation log (same path as the slash commands). Fire-and-forget — like the Announce/Panels actions.

Rate Limited: 15 requests/minute
