Update Ghostping Config

Updates the Anti-Ghost-Ping configuration.

Only basic settings can be changed:

  • is_enabled: Enable/disable system
  • notification_mode: dm, channel, or both
  • log_channel_id: Channel for logs (null to remove)

Rate Limited: 30 requests/minute
