Returns the current boost notification settings.

EINE parallele Welle statt ~17 sequentieller Roundtrips: die Sprache, alle acht Einstellungen (eine IN-Abfrage) und die Design-Farbe haengen nicht voneinander ab. Die Defaults der drei uebersetzten Felder werden NACH dem Laden eingesetzt — sie brauchen die Sprache, aber keinen eigenen Roundtrip.
