Mark Followup As Lost
Mark a follow-up as dismissed (technician only).
Moves followup directly to lost_leads with:
- lost_reason = dismissal_reason
Access Control:
- Technicians only (sales_tech role)
- Managers (org:admin) will receive a 403 Forbidden error
post/followups/{conversation_id}/mark-lost
