Update mobile app configuration for an organization.

Expects the full MobileAppConfig from the frontend.

When enabled, inbound customer messages are forwarded via SMS to the technician's personal phone number. Technicians reply from the app or field view via the link in that forward.

Proposal modules enabled in the mobile app, such as landscaping.

envision_enabledboolean

Whether AI 'Envision' after-image generation is available on proposal section photos.
