Twiml Bridge Outbound
TwiML webhook for bridge calls from web dashboard.
Called when manager answers their phone. Asks manager to press 1 to confirm before dialing customer. This prevents voicemail from triggering customer calls.
This is ONLY used by the web dashboard. Mobile apps use /twiml/outbound.
