Get Post Install Warranty Runs

List the post_install_warranty browser-agent runs for the caller's org.

Only surfaces production runs (business_workflow_version like "prod%") that Pilot finished (status "completed") — in-flight, failed, or aborted runs are excluded so the table shows finished registrations rather than the full backlog. Orgs with the warranty-registration workflow disabled get an empty list rather than another org's data.

Runs that registered nothing AND whose ledger row a human already resolved are dropped — the job is closed, so a blank row would be noise. Every other zero-registration run keeps its row and carries no_registration_reason.
