Field View Initiate Call

Initiate a bridge call for the field view technician.

Same flow as the dashboard bridge call, adapted for the technician:

  1. Call the technician's personal phone (users.phone_number)
  2. When technician answers and presses 1, bridge to the customer
  3. Technician's twilio_phone_number is used as caller ID
