Generate Checklist

Generate or update a checklist for a specific task.

This endpoint triggers checklist generation/update. It will:

  1. Check if transcripts exist for the task
  2. Generate a new checklist or update existing one
  3. Return the checklist with current status

Args: task_id: The task ID to generate checklist for regenerate: If True, regenerate from all transcripts. If False, use incremental update.

Returns: The generated or updated checklist with status
