market
Set your market selection
Set (or change) the account's market, then return the new selection.
The change applies to every API key this account owns. The server that handles the write serves the new market straight away; others may serve the previous selection for up to a minute, so a request made right after the change can still reflect the old one. It settles on its own within that minute — wait it out rather than retrying in a loop. Only single-market plans may set a market; a plan that already serves all markets gets a 409. The chosen market must be one a food is actually available in, else a 422.
