将文本转换为语音。

当 stream=false（默认）时，等待合成完成后一次性返回音频，支持所有 output_format，最多 5000 字符。

当 stream=true 时，以流式方式逐块返回 WAV 音频（仅支持 output_format=wav），最多 50000 字符。
