Get Matrix Entity Sets

Get all entity sets for a matrix with their members.

This endpoint provides complete entity set information needed by the frontend to:

  1. Determine matrix dimensionality
  2. Construct entity_set_filters for tile batch queries
  3. Map entity IDs (document/question IDs) to entity set member IDs
