List saved research workspaces

Returns a page owned by the authenticated account, newest first. The default kind workspace excludes standalone instances. Use kind instance for standalone instances. Cursors are bound to the selected kind. The default and maximum page size are 100. Includes compute-session costs, separate retained-storage costs and tool readiness. Continue with next_cursor until it is empty. Pages reflect current records and do not form a snapshot across concurrent changes.
