Test Byok Profile

Fire a minimal chat at the profile's provider to prove the key works.

ALWAYS answers 200 with {ok, message} — a failing key is a normal outcome the UI renders inline, not an HTTP error (only an unknown profile is a 404). No credits are involved (BYOK bills the user's own account).
