Test Ai Key
Fire the smallest possible chat at the caller's provider to prove the key/model/base combination works. Always resolves {ok, message} — a bad key is ok: false, never a throw (only malformed headers are 400). The key rides the X-AI-* headers like every other AI call; it is neither stored nor logged.
