List workspaces

Retrieve a list of all workspaces accessible to the user.

Note: Listing and creating workspaces is available on all cloud-hosted plans and on all self-hosted deployments. Reading, updating, and deleting a specific workspace requires cloud-hosted Business plans and above, or a licensed self-hosted deployment (Business plan and above). Unlicensed self-hosted deployments are limited to the default workspace.
